We both cook a lot, so the kitchen is important. 
Stainless steel appliances, long bar handles, blue doors, black granite worktops.

After discovering the price of fully clad stainless steel American-style fridges we opted for stainless steel doors only and built it in.

We liked the pull out larder unit in the show flat, so we have one next to the oven.

The kitchen is part of the main living area so a powerful extractor is essential...

The ceiling over the kitchen is being lowered to around 9'.
The worktop on the central hob area extends over the edges on two sides to allow for bar stools to be used. An ideal place for breakfast.
